KURANG SENAMAN



 


I woke up early this morning......5.30 am...  Had breakfast at 8.30 with just two pieces of Jacob's original cream crackers and a cup of hot drink. Bukan nak diet tapi malas nak masak breakfast. Malas sebab badan dah banyak lemak. I need to reduce my weight, I guess. Because I gained too much these past few years. Kurang bersenam. I need to jog for losing weight, maybe 3 days a week. I hope I can lose a few kgs or just grams?. Hopefully, jadi kenyataan. Boleh ke tu?..... kalau tanpa bersenam dan berdiet pun malas.....
